Fastino's — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I have been to this location several times and usually have issues with every employee except a couple

The best part of this place is Byron. When he is on register he is by far the most helpful. He takes the time to explain as many menu items as I want and doesn’t even so much as let out sigh. He makes the best Philly cheese stake in the joint. I always double back to tip or give props to him.

There is an older lady who cooks and iv only seen her a handful of times SHE IS PHENOMENAL!! EVERYTHING SHE MAKES IS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!!

The other man that works in there who identified himself as a manager. I forgot his name. Something with a J I believe. He seems to get very frustrated. Not to mention every time I pull up he is outside doing god knows what.

I would like to say this employee attitude changed in a positive way tremendously when I was there a few days ago, so I’ll play the other time off to bad days

The girl on window, I forgot her name unfortunately is usually very rude and impatient. I had a point where I would just drive away if she was working in the front.

I had to think long and hard before writing this review. However, at the end of the day Byron and the elderly lady deserves to be acknowledged for there OUTSTANDING customer service and cooking!!

It is only because I got better service recently that my rating has changed. I hope credit has been given to the two employees...

This is the WORST!!!! Establishment ever they should be ashamed of themselves I ordered 2 of their lunch specials that come with a slice of pepperoni pizza a cannoli a drink and a pasta salad the drink was flat and had no ice in it and was room temperature I was supposed to get pepperoni pizza but instead I got plain cheese pizza I can deal with those it's not really a big deal but when I open the pasta salad and seen furry green mold I'm not one but two of the pasta salads I ordered I immediately returned their drive-thru gave them back all of the food which luckily I didn't eat or give to my kids and demanded a refund till this day I have not received my refund nor will I go back and try this food again which is a shame because I love saggio's these people should be ashamed to have the saggio name...

Fastino's is a place I happened to stumble upon about a year ago while driving around searching for a place to eat. Since then, I've had their food a multitude of times, with the same result each time I visit the restaurant: great food and great price. The food is of relatively large portion sizes and is of consistently good quality, and is served up rather quickly through the location's drive-through window. The employees are also always very polite, and overall the experience I get from each trip to Fastino's is always a positive one. My personal highlight would be the calzones, and I would highly recommend them. It's great to see Saggio's expand and try new methods of delivering their food to more consumers, and the quality remains consistent with what people expect...
