I just got a couple chicken sandwiches from this location and we noticed one of the sandwich buns had mold. I had already finished my chicken sandwich before my partner noticed the mold on hers. I brought it back expecting my meal to be comped but instead they insisted I get a different sandwich made. I told the lady at the window Iâm not going to eat there anymore because it doesnât seem safe, multiple times. She continued to say they donât do refunds so I finally replied can I talk to a higher up or a manager. Thatâs when she asked to see my sandwich and receipt. After a few moments passed she stuck her hand out the window with two single dollar bills and my original receipt and saidâhereâs the refund for the crispy sandwichâ I tried explaining that I feel like I probably ate mold and want a full refund. She insisted my sandwich didnât have mold and explained that there were only mold on the small sandwich buns because those ones are in the sun, and that they thought they got rid of all the buns that had mold but they missed one. I was extremely disappointed with how they handled their mistake. I will definitely never eat here again and make sure everyone i know is aware of the mold...
   Read moreI Come here frequently, Wendy's 3601 4th st i am very disappointed. i have received incorrect items the past 3 times I have visited this location many times. my order was all wrong. the lady manager which i was told by an employee ironically her managers name was Wendy i don't know if she was joking but that is what she said her managers name was. was very rude and unprofessional talking to me in a condescending tone many times which i did not appreciate but that is it i will never go back to this or any Wendy's again. mine you i have alway's love and spend good money on every visit. so much so that i know with my monthly purchases i pay someone's salary. i work in a hospital and go there with my colleagues which also felt she was very rude. i will make sure to spread the word. but with this treatment by this woman manager no more. she needs an attitude check. i don't usually write reviews but i am very disappointed at how people treat people with bad customer service shame on you. and their food has changed Drastically i even got sick with one of their grilled chicken. time to make my own...
   Read moreUpdate: just watched 2 different homeless dudes walk in, grab drinks or if the trash, dump the drinks in the drink machine, use the drink machine, and leave. No wonder they have to keep the lobby closed.
Before: #2 charity on the street other than Dollar Tree. Whenever I go in, no less than 5 homeless people are just filling up their drinks and touching everything at the drink bar. The food is really good and the staff is really nice but it feels so unfair I have to work full time to afford a treat once every two weeks so that everyday they can give away something I can only afford once in awhile =( I did offer to pay for refills if I brought in a cup and was told it wasn't allowed because of the health code.
