Very Disappointing. No Longer want to do delivery on orders over $35.00.... at least that's what the kid told me when I called in this evening in a mumble... I told him that I was calling in an order for delivery and I heard his mumble like he didn't want anyone to hear what he was saying.... so I asked him to please repeat what he was attempting to say. Again in a disgruntled murmur he said we aren't doing that tonight" do I have revised my review so that it reflects thier decision as well as thier could care less attitude. If your the owner I would highly recommend reevaluating the training and staff if you wish to maintain a viable business here in Aledo. I just can't see that working long term. Good luck. This was a complete let down. I don't give reviews often but with this bad of an experience, I feel compelled. You are not greeted by anyone at all. We finally realized we needed to go to the counter where a man was standing staring (and never stopped staring the entire order) out at a table of people, which was the only table of people there. We spent $25 on two lunch entrees and went to a table. He brought our food without speaking a word. The salad was ineddible with the house dressing on it. The Fettuccine Alfredo was horrible. The only thing good was the bread, so that was my meal. When we we're leaving, I thought he might acknowledge us, maybe say thank you or good bye, something, but nope. After we ordered our food he never spoke again. Very uncomfortable and dissatisfied. I would never recommend this place. I could see having a bad meal but not a complete lack of...

absolutely terrible service. they were understaffed and very busy which i understand, but they were extremely rude. i drive for uber eats and had to pick up and order at this location. i received the order and got in my car but it spilled all over my car because it wasn’t closed all the way. i brought it back in and explained what happened and she just shook her head and didn’t talked to me for a minute and then was implying that it was my fault. if they sealed it correctly it wouldn’t have spilled. i asked for napkins because i needed to clean my car up and she wouldn’t give me any, instead i had to go get some out of the bathroom. she threw the order away and didn’t remake it and made us refund it, which is basically taking money from me. if you ever get an order from this place, make sure it is sealed, because if it isn’t and it spills, they...
