Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Alexandria

Worst service ever. Use to love pizza hut but hated it the last 20 years! I called the company directory 3 times pizza hut wouldn't answer. Then I called myself and they picked up and immediately hung up on me!!! So I had to order online. I asked for extra sauce and like always they don't look at the order properly. So I had a dash of sauces against the crust. I ordered breadsticks which are the best breadsticks even though they been horrible the last 20 years cause they cook them to sort or to long! They should be just past floppy. This time they were black on bottom. My mother in law order breadsticks for the grand children but know u have to even cut the breadsticks and ur pizza their to lazy to cut ur food. The smallest order now is usually no less than $30 now and u still have to do work. What's the point of paying so much if I have to do almost half of the work? When u order online and don't have enough cheese they give u a couple drops instead of telling u they are out and not charge u but no they give u 2 drops and still charge! When I walked in there was 5 people in back eating pizza and talking while I stood their for 10 minutes before I was waited on! That's why I go to papa johns and only pizza hut for breadsticks. We always come specifically to this pizza hut because the service is typically phenomenal, no matter the time of day or the event or ongoing sports events (televised or local). We arrived beyond the expected carryout time, called the store for contactless curbside. Waited an additional 10 minutes for that. I asked the girl who carried out our order if both orders were there, she said only the one and said she would go inquire about the other. Came back out and said give them 5 more minutes and they’ll bring it out. 20 minutes passed and I went in, they then informed me there was no order in the system. The money had been removed from my bank account. All we got from the crew member at the counter was “there’s no order in the system under that name or phone number. I don’t know what to tell you.” Poor performance from this staff. This is not the first time. Over the past month food quality has been terrible on more than one occasion. The only time we know as soon as we pull up that the food is going to be good is if we can see that Jeff is managing that night. Any time he’s not something is wrong or off. Ordered a 3 pizza box at 8:15. Pizza showed up at 8:47 which was fine but only 1 pizza was correct of the three. The pepperoni pizza had no pepperonis and the chicken taco pizza only had bean sauce, chicken and cheese so no veggies or anything else that goes with like tortilla strips. Called and was to get order replaced but store wanted pizza back. Had no issues with that aside from it was late and my kids needed to eat it is not 9:44 and still no pizza. Replacement went in at 8:55 and was told driver was there and it was coming straight out and would be no more than 20 mins. Called the store at 9:40 and was told that they are now waiting on a driver and it’s next to go out. So In 50 minutes the driver that was “there” they are waiting to get back to bring pizza out. We order from here ALOT because there is very few places to eat on this town. Poor customer service and poor judgement on keeping customers happy.
