Owner/Manager does not care = Go somewhere else
Have been eating here for a year and only ordered the chicken parmesan this whole time. Reason: the chicken parm was great. Chicken was juicy, flavorful and a perfect combination with their sauce and spaghetti.
My wife has always been against this place because she always said every dish she ordered had been bland. [My opinion was different - until now] Today we had a sorely disappointing experience.
The chicken this time was the equivalent of industrial grade cardboard: tough, chewy, and tasted like it had been washed under hot water before it was served.
I will not discuss my wife’s full opinion of the Eggplant Parmesan she ordered but can assure you that it was as bland as can be. The disturbing fact though is when I asked the waitress if the kitchen had changed the way they prepared the chicken parm, I got the deer in headlights 👀 look. Which to me tells me one of two things: Shes aware of it and is playing ignorant or is just flatly clueless. Either way, she’s indifferent to my concern.
Then I asked her to please get me the manager/owner, which she agreed to do but the manager never showed up. We proceeded to finish our meals, I walked up to the front counter to pay and the waitress asks me if I still want to speak to the manager.
My response was: Too late, Im a local guide for google and will express my opinion on there. If he cared he would have rushed to our table for our feedback but since he didn’t, the “public” will now be made privy to...
Read moreWe ate dinner here yesterday, the first time for both. Hubby had the Stromboli. I had the Chicken Florentine. Our waitress was friendly, quick and seemed knowledgeable about the menu. She made several recommendations; my entree being one of them. We enjoyed our meals and the bread that was served when we sat down. The salads were a little droopy (brown lettuce, old looking) but the ranch dressing was very good.
The restaurant was clean, restrooms were clean, and table location comfortable.
We ordered as mentioned above, hubby ordered a house salad (mine came with my meal), I ordered a side of Italian sausage, and we both had tea. Our bill was $40.55. We figured $20/person for dinner was not bad at all.
We will eat here again. Maybe try...
Read moreThe staff and food are HORRIBLE. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. The cheese sticks and calamari are frozen and bad. The alfredo sauce tasted like white mac n' cheese, with no seasoning. The chicken parmigiana was dry and the red sauce (no matter what they say, comes from a can or jar) The pizza is as good as $2 slice from the mall. When I explained I wasn't going to pay for food we only had 1 bite of; the guy tried to tell me how much cream sauce they sell everyday. I said, "I understand but I didn't like it..." his EXACT response was "I'm going to take care of this, BUT next time DON'T COME BACK."
DON'T WORRY, WE WONT. We know what REAL NY...
