The ice cream is good. However, the service is awful. I've had my fair share of customer service and I understand customers can be annoying and indecent people. With that in mind I do not understand the flat out rudenesses the staff shows towards their customers.
I went in there and ordered a health flurry. I made sure to double check the screen and my receipt to make sure my order was rung up correct. To my surprise with my first bite I found out I was given a recess flurry. This was no big deal as I don't mind recess plus I had already taken a bite. I let the lady who brought out my flurry know about the mistake. She seemed annoyed during this entire conversation, rolling her eyes and mumbling to herself. I let her know that I was not asking for a remake or a refund or anything, I just wanted her to know that I may have been given someone else's flurry on accident. To which I was treated with the same annoyed eye rolls and mumbles before she walked off.
A few minutes later I witnessed a man walk in to the establishment with his shake in hand. He told the cashier that he had ordered a mint shake and he was given a Oreo shake instead. The cashier then began to argue with the man, too which he said in return that he doesn't like Oreos so he would never order an Oreo shake. The cashier told him that if he wanted a mint chip shake he would have to pay for another shake and that they would not fix the mistake. The man then walked out and put his shake in the trash to which the cashier yelled at him that if he didn't want an Oreo shake he shouldn't have ordered one.
After he left the girls that were working continued to make fun of him for the next 15 minutes. I even witnessed the man calling the store and speaking to what I assume was the manager in charge. The girls working all gathered around her during this phone call and giggled the entire time while the manager took the call and told the caller she was very sorry about his experience while ROLLING HER EYES.

First off you should let your customers know roughly how long it will take for a to go order (not let them sit there for 40 minutes with zero communication.) I watched 1 guy show up and wait at the counter for 7-10 minutes and no one help him. He got frustrated and left. I watched another guy have a call in Togo order and he was helped but took another 10 minutes before anyone communicated with him on how long it was going to take/or what the issue was with his order, he stood there waiting, and obviously frustrated. You will have a lot less issues with customers if you communicate with them, instead of pretending they don't exist. Saying that there are only 2 people working doesn't excuse the lack of communication, especially when there are only 2 customers there. I am not the person that normally acts like a "Karen" at businesses, or curses at employees. I am truly sorry for my reaction today is was uncalled for and inappropriate. If your are short handed state that you are, most people are understanding of today's world. I also recommend that if you work in the restuarant field you should be wearing shoes, not sandals, and a hat, I believe that those are health department violations. I really hope something gets fixed for this place as far as help is concerned, because you will lose a lot of business if it doesn't, and your food is amazing, definitely doesn't seem to be worth it when this is a simple change. Itās a quaint little place that offers ice cream and burgers, hot dogs, etc. We ordered a Chicago dog as well as the hamburger that came with the onion ring and bbq sauce (similar to the Rodeo Cheeseburgers at Burger King) and of course, some ice cream.
The first thing I noticed was how good the chocolate chip mint ice cream was (and be sure to add sprinkles!!!). Then I finished off the Chicago dog. It was really good! I would definitely order that again. My friend, who ordered the cheeseburger, gave me a bite. All I can say is wow! Obviously way better than the RC at BK! Sometimes the best experiences are in places like this where you didnāt expect a whole lot and then you end up with legit amazing tasting food that you had no idea was this good and that youād be thinking about it even days later. As Iām writing this, Iām actually thinking about driving out there and ordering that burger and Chicago dog just for myself.
I also want to give a shoutout to the sweet lady busting her butt up front while also providing the best customer service.
