Arrived at 710 and immediately noticed that there was no staff members that were over 25. They were all high school students. As I walk in a group of high school students walk in after me. I place my order, and it was for french fries only. 5 minutes later the group of high school kids place their order. At 7:20 a customer comes in and picks up their phoned in to go order. At 7:25 the girl at the counter serves the group of high school students their order which was wings. At 7:28 I inquire about my order and her reply was "oh yea, fries dont take long... I've already sat there for over 20 minutes. She went back to the kitchen to inquire with the cooks regarding my fries. Man the looks I got from the kids in the back. 2 minutes later she brings out my order. I finally get my order at 7:31. I get home which is less than 2 miles away, my container was half filled, fries were cold, and soggy. Mostly undercooked and cheese was not melted. If this is the regular portion it is not worth the $7.49. I did not call in to speak to anyone because again, there was not one person who was above the age of 25 working there. It was a free for all. And instead of working they were too concerned about walking around aimlessly and speaking with the group of kids that came in after me. I will definitely not be returning here.
In response to the owners reply. I ordered 2 orders of fries. Bacon ranch cheese fries which the price was $7.49. And a plain large fry, also priced at $4.99 per the menu I picked up from the counter yesterday.
I have nothing against employing high school students. They are people and need jobs also. However I didnt see one adult there.
The group of kids that came in after me did not phone in their order, they ordered after I had, and when they were served ate at the restaurant.
I ordered no wings at all last night, just 2 orders of French fries. I could understand waiting 30-35 minutes for wings. But 20 minutes for undercooked fries is a...
Read moreWhen I called to place my order, I asked if they were the big whole wing sections and the guy said yes they are jumbo wings. It’s the first time I ever ate there I got my order to go. So thinking that I got the whole wing section I ordered 12 buffalo and six and seasoned wings. I ordered an Italian hoagie and a hearty chicken hoagie. So I get home to eat the food. When I ordered I thought this would be plenty of food for three people. It was not. they were the small wing sections so I thought I was getting twice the amount of wings for half the amount that I actually received. Don’t get me wrong the wings were good and hoagies were good but after all three of us ate the meal we felt that we got cheated because we were still hungry. The hoagies were only about 8 to 10 inches long. I feel this meal was only worth about $30 at the most. We paid $48 and some odd change for this little meal. I will not be going there if I have to feed my family. It’s fine if you’re going there for lunch and getting a small hoagie for yourself but to feed three people it’s just not a good value at all. I’m not sure if I will get back...
Read moreWe used to love this place. Wings were always great. Last 3 times we ordered from there our order has been wrong. First time we received plain fries when it was to be a specialty fry with bacon and cheese. We blew it off as a bad night and ordered again a few weeks later. Wing sauce was all over the bag before we even had it out the door and was a total mess.. We ordered Frank Sinatras, but recieved just Frank's red hot covered wings. We called and they apologized but didn't say much else. We decided one last time to order. We ordered a special that included a 2L which my husband had to ask the girl behind the counter for because they dismissed him before they gave it to him. We ordered pigeon wings. We received regular wings (maybe some garlic on them) with ranch drizzled. Not a spec of parm or sweet buffalo. I didnt bother calling this time for an apology. I was not driving another 15 min back out to have them do them right. I hate to say we're done ordering from them, but they really...
