Empanadas monumental — Restaurant in Allentown

I have this place 2 chances! Not the normal for me... My husband wanted them this time... I call to order ahead because it's only right.... They girl on the phone RUDE!!!! I asked for beef and cheese. We don't got that. I said ok chicken and cheese she said I don't know. I ask ok what do you have... She said what??? You don't know what we got? I said never mind that is unacceptable and hung up. I go to the store and got double miss treated.... Ignored until she felt like taking to me...while kids play behind the counter... Ignored while I was trying to order so I walked out... It makes no since for people not to have customer service... it's simple especially when you have people who knows how to treated customer service people....

Compared to my previous times going here (before rebranding and new staff) it was pretty solid. The young man at the registered is pretty polite with a neutral personality. We did tell them to make a fresh empanada based on the reviews we've seen and it was pretty good! Cooked through, fully filled with melted cheese. The lime juice was also good with a hint of mint which added another layer of refreshment to it. Overall I'll rate my experience a 4/5 Only reason is because there was not soap or paper towels in the bathroom. Other than that, I hope they continue to improve in the quality of their foods and customer service. The place has potential if the administration and staff choose to see...

Ordered 3 pastellios and 2 smoothies. She said it’ll be 3 minutes I waited 20 minutes. It was not busy at all nor was there a line. The cashier wore gloves at the register after handling food. They ended up forgetting my daughter’s smoothie. I already been waiting for ever I just made my kids share the one smoothie they actually made. Instead of offering a smoothie on the house for the long wait and getting it wrong they were gonna charge me to make the smoothie. This place has the most horrible service. The pastellios weren’t even filled all the way, it was like a pocket of air and little bit of food at the bottom for the seafood pastellios. I will say my daughters loved the beef and...
