Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in Alliance

Not actually a dairy queen... that's already been said. Girlfriend and I were passing through and needed a bite to eat. Ordered a cowboy burger and a chicken basket meal. Not sure what we actually got was actually meat... my burger and brisket was gray and crumbled. My girlfriends chicken reminded me of an oversized McDonald's chicken nugget. I've never taken a bite of anything that felt like I was eating and drinking at the same time. Chewing was strange, just didn't break down... had to decide when to swallow. But don't worry if you swallow too soon, it'll give you a second chance to do it right. Pretty sure the fries were from the frozen section at the local Wal-Mart.

Pretty sure all of your kitchen cleanliness issues were "solved" by the installation of fake stain glass on the drive...

Just yesterday me and my friend were getting some ice cream cones.. I ordered a medium size vanilla with sprinkles on it.. and my friend ordered medium twist cone.. what do we get ? I get medium vanilla cone but they didn't put the sprinkles on the cone.. Instead they give me a cup of sprinkles to put on myself.. you realize how difficult that is when your in the car in the drive through without making a mess ? My friend had just received a small size twist cone and then told them he ordered a medium .. so they fixed the size for my friend. And gave another twist cone. This was not good service at all in any regards.. I have went to get sprinkled ice cream cones many times before and it was just wonderful without a problem. up until yesterday. Do better.. I was...

Terrible! A 10+ minute wait in the drive thru for the garbage I recieved? I also find it very bothersome that im unable to see through the drive thru window. I'd like to see the condition of the kitchen my food is being prepared in.. I could, however, hear the employees on the other side goofing off while I waited. My order (chicken strip meal) was handed to me in 2 paper bags. Where was the box? The soggy fries look like cheap, store bought fries that were microwaved. The chicken strip weren't like any I'd ever seen at a DQ in my life. They were mushy inside! Like all breading. The toast was as dry as a crouton. Not even the BBQ sauce was DQ brand! I think the only items that were actually DQ were the paper bags my food was in. Never going back! How are...
