El Lobo Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Alma

I am an over the road driver and was going to go in to eat as everything else around is closed due to hurricane aftermath. I have a delivery 1 mile from here in the morning and seen they were open until 10 when I went to go in it was 9:15pm . They told me they were closed I hadn’t eaten all day and with everything being closed/without power I thought man this is going to be a long night.

The guy caught me walking back to my truck and told me to wait and let him see what he could do the. I noticed the window said cash only I wasn’t able to get cash earlier and all stores have been closed.

This guy went above and beyond to make sure I was able to have a hot meal tonight.

Was there tonight. First I'll tell you the Waitress was great and the food was good.BUT they had us in the back next to cash register.Will the lady was on the phone talking so loud and you would hear the other person on the line ,she was behind us. Foods great but some of the wait staff especially the younger girls need to learn how to do their job better, I am a big believer in tipping big but when we have to sit there 45mins waiting for her to take our order with barley anyone there with other tables coming after us and them getting their order took and food before us by our waitress, and the other waitress has to ask us if we need anything also had to ask for silverware .. not the first time having her as a waitress as we go a couple times a month for...
