Wendy's — Restaurant in Alpine Township

When I got my order I asked Carson which sandwich was the one with bacon and which one was the one without and he told me I would have to open them to see. nothing was marked with a label or any type of coding. Food was cold and restaurant was a dirty mess. Staff was not focused on the appearance of the restaurant and it looked like the carpet hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. nor were they concerned that the condiments were empty in the dining room. I mentioned to the counter cashier Carson that things were empty and he asked me were they really out? Of course I said yes. We did talk to the manager about the problems we experienced and really didn’t feel like they were too concerned with trying to resolve any issues. This is the first time in a long time this food and service was actually decent. I have been so grossly annoyed with this place because it was always something. From stale buns, horrible service, and saying they just cleaned the frosty machine with 2 hours before they closed on a mobile order, and plenty more, I was done. I didn't have a choice today and the convenience took me there. Even though the food was delayed, it was only because they dropped the chicken nuggets right when i arrived to pick it up, which is worth it by the way, especially on a to go order. I haven't seen that employee there before. He at least communicated the delay AND why. He was very polite when he did so, unlike previous ones I have encountered. I have never been super impressed with this location but after my visit on 10/13/2021, I will not be back. I placed an online order consisting of two Jr bacon cheeseburgers, two Jr cheeseburgers, two spicy chicken nuggets two frostys and a fry. I should have checked my order better but I was missing my sauces, which was the least of the issues. The chicken nuggets where a mix of semi fresh and hard, old nuggets. The burgers were missing onions, even though I ordered extra and the buns were stale. Everything aside from the fries were cold and clearly not fresh. I would have just cut my losses, but I have been stuck in the rest room all night and part of the next day. I work in the food industry myself and find this completely unacceptable.
