Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Alpine

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst restaurant experience of my life, I have ordered from the Alpine Pizza Hut regularly for the past 8 years since moving here but never ever again. Staff was not only rude they were nasty and aggressive. Driver’s car broke down and pizza was never delivered even though it was marked as delivered on the app, nor did they call. I had to call to find out where the pizza was, was told it wasn’t coming and that I’d have to come to the store in person to pick up cash for a refund the next day (no doubt because the store or the driver did not want to mark the delivery as incomplete). Was told to come at 10:30am when they opened, but when I came at 10:40am the next day, despite there being a sign saying they opened at 10:30am, the store wasn’t opened. I eventually got my refund but not before the manager, who strolled in to open the store on her own time frame, took issue with the fact that I was annoyed after all of that (with good reason! It was not a small amount of money and Pizza Hut had already wasted hours of my time at this point), threatened to fight me, told me I could call the cops to get my money, and finally threw the money at my car while I was sitting in the parking lot. So yeah waited 2 hours with no food and no call, food was marked delivered when it wasn’t, inexplicably told to pick up cash for my refund despite ordering online with my card, and staff were combative because I expected them to open their store at the posted time, the time I was told to arrive. None of these people should be working in customer facing positions....

What an absolute mess! First of spent two and a half hours there for a pizza, this was at 9pm....its not like they were crazy busy! Then, once we finally got the food it was wrong, even though the waiter returned to the table 4 times to repeat the order for 5 people ( just wings and a large pizza) but none of the order was even close! I can overlook that though, the waiter was on his second night working there and was very apologetic. What pushed it over the edge is when we went to pay and their system / computer started freezing up. The Manager there was completely rude, didn't even bother talking with us about what was going on, after 30 minutes sitting at the counter waiting I finally asked what was going on, I told him we had been there for almost three hours for a pizza and he said it wasn't his problem we had only been at the counter to check for 30 minutes trying to pay. Then, after all that nonsense he didn't even have the frame of mind to offer a discount or voucher or even more importantly......An Apology! He acted like it was our fault that their service and equipment was subpar! I will never eat at Pizza Hut Again, if you do.....I'd find another one, it'll be worth the...

The WORST pizza of my entire life!!! Ordered for delivery a Pan-style crust after having it at the restaurant and it was excellent. This wasn't anywhere near what I had. Then, they got the topping wrong. Called and they sent another. Had the correct topping but crust was equally disgusting. Threw most of the two out! Plus, specified extra sauce and reminded them when I called to complain about the first pie. Can't imagine how a regular amount would be. Yuck! The first pie wasn't as warm as the second. The worst part of having that horrible pie was -- the email said $7.99 special ... and that's not what I was charged for that disgusting pie plus delivery. The best part of the experience was that the two delivery people were very nice. Pizza Hut -- it is a wonder you're not in bankruptcy court...
