After reading reviews of cockroaches on floors, hair in food and mildew in food. My reviews of, waitresses are rude, foods never consistent always have to bring it back is nice. Rude place to eat clearly the owner has lost his touch and does not care no more.$2 for a glass of iced tea highly overpriced. seem to be The nice thing about putting something on this post, is that the edit you want. We have eaten there several several times and I have never complainedin public only about things that I have asked for this precisely and never gotten like burnt food it was so hard that it was black and so much water in my spaghetti that I had to dump it out and end up with a half a cup of water versus sauce that was just the last time I was in your restaurant and I didn't even complain about that. And how about the cockroaches crawling across the floor. I'm sure other customers if you read below would explain to you why they had cockroaches or maybe hair in their food. I've had that of course.and it was too far to bring my food back or my husband didn't want to bring it back because you should we order our food to go we don't even eat in your restaurant after seeing the Cockroach run across the table. I'm sure you would find an excuse or a blame other than yourself. I've not posted something to somebody else's don't know what you're talkin about I never posted anything to somebody else's post. Just got to this because it just come up on my new phone. So, about You! complaining about petty stuff isn't $60 meals. And have the waitresses throw the menus down at the table or listen to the way they scream in the parking lot and the way they act to know that they are far from respectful of anybody. you know how they talk about you in private and the way you run your business or the way you treat them and overwork them. And anyone can read the post in this post so you can say what you want but we all know what's what and the flounder on the sandwich was like a piece of paper there was no lettuce and yes you know what I meant it when I picked it up and waved it at you and yes you! You cannot help what comes in there. But you can surely help what goes out! it your restaurant as I told you that day! since you did not like to hear it than it now and than I was only eating there cuz I couldn't close the store and go somewhere else. know that you didn't want to eat there..as many reviews say raw chicken, Milddew cockroaches, and hair in food and more see mine are not the only reviews you have as bad.. then maybe you have lost your touchkids are not in touch with what's going on in your restaurant. 1st I know there is a shortage on employees and with that being said: The young lady that took my order was super nice She took my phone order and said about 20 minutes that was fine When I arrived the place was not busy inside the restaurant She went to get my pizzas and remembered that she never put my order in. I could tell she was very new to this probably 1st job. I told her it was fine , she said it would be about 20 minutes again and we could set at a table, we decided to pay and go wait in the vehicle she was really sorry and said she would bring it to my vehicle when ready. ( I am handicapped but I still try to walk) After 30 minutes and no pizza. I want back inside A man( maybe the owner ) asked me what I needed ( very sharp) I told him I ordered 2 pizzas over one hour ago and wanted to see if they were ready. He replied they just left with someone else. I asked to have my money returned. He said he no , he had two pizzas I told him again just refunded my money again her said that he had two pizzas he would go get them , I again said no. And told him we had phone in a order and drove 20 minutes and was told I was not placed in the kitchen and waited 30 minutes more to find out that our pizza was given to someone else. I told him I would leave a Google review and after eating this pizza I would not return to this place again. It was cheese on a crust no tomato sauce Just cheese. The owner got mad when I said I was going to leave a review but never once said sorry about my wait or the mix up. All this could have been handled by just refunded my money and I would have went to Pizza Hut ( last choice) I personally would not waste your money there. I eat here on the regular but I can't believe the bull that has happened in the past 2 days. I was there celebrating my birthday yesterday. My mother and stepfather both got the buffet. When they came back their food was less than subpar which is not a surprise. I do not get the buffet for the reasons they had expressed. I don't feel I need to go into detail since you can read their reviews. The response my mom got about the very loose ranch dressing was uncalled for. I may not have a degree in Culinary Arts but I did go to culinary school and did complete a large number of my classes (which I passed with flying colors and was even certified in sanitation and safety). Usually when someone expresses their displeasure to the waitstaff, they are usually suppose to go tell the cooks about what customers are saying. Instead she gets a sparky comment. I always order from the menu because the food is usually always good ESPECIALLY when my spaghetti isn't swimming in water (like on my birthday) but I digress. It's also funny how when they receive a bad/low rating they have what I call "trolls" to follow behind and leave 5 star reviews with/without a description just to boost their ratings back up. Word of advice: instead of getting goons to cover up your discrepancies, just work on what's wrong with the establishment. Accept what is and just do better! So much...
