First and foremost, the staff is FANTASTIC!! The customer service made me a life long customer. I've had snow cones/shaved ice before, but Nothing like this. The flavor is very natural, something you don't normally find in a snow cone or shaved ice anywhere; it's like biting directly into fruit. They let me know that all of the flavors are homemade, which is great because many worry about artificial flavors and preservatives.
