Casey's — Restaurant in Altoona

Walked in, gathered my needs for the day. Approached the counter and no one was there. Can here comments about oh he has alcohol. Assuming someone over 18 needs to check me out. Employee with light blue bleached blonde hair, approached counter. Stopped and filled something out on paper, looked around and turned away. 2nd encounter with same clerk. Will never enter this poorly managed establishment again. This must explain why there is always a "we are hiring" sign up all the time. If i was the one who was in charge of this store I would be ashamed to admit it... even to my own mother. I have had better service at a stop and go inthe burrows of Manhatten than this place has ever dreamed of offering!!! If negative ratings were possible definitely-5...

I think the two Casey’s gas stations in the area probably need to just close. At the Altoona location, I could not find anything resembling fresh fruit, veggies, yogurt parfait ….anything like that. In comparison, KwikTrip is FULL of fresh food options. So I asked the older female cashier if they had any fresh fruit. She looked at me like I was crazy, and said “no…….” (

Casey's only really good at one thing, the awesome pizza. Unfortunately, this specific location is simply horrible at getting those pizzas out to customers, especially when you only want a slice or two. Doesn't matter if it's lunch, dinner, or later at night, the hot case rarely has any pizza in it or if it does the pieces are dried up and nasty. I realized they do have other orders coming in for call-in customers, but how hard can it be to have pizza slices ready in that hot case for...
