Food is good but they have a really weird way of pricing when you are making an adjustment to your meal. I was charged an additional fee simply for substituting beef to chicken. Not adding chicken, but swapping out beef for chicken. In most restaurants, only seafood or shrimp is an additional charge. First time I thought it was a mistake but when I asked about the up charge they said it was not. Second time they actually admitted the additional charge was a mistake and they offered a complimentary appetizer to make up for how they handled the previous situation. I came back couple of days ago and ordered the same dish as usual thinking there will be no more additional charges and was surprised to see they were again charging extra for making a substitution. I called back and talked to the manager, this time I was told the meat is more expensive than the one originally in the meal (basically, chicken is more expensive than beef) I don’t know if they just keep changing their mind on the policy, or maybe their computers not programmed right, or maybe the employees that ring up the order just don’t know how to do so without up charging, but the whole situation has been a bit frustrating. After a long and stressful weekend of moving, we were so happy to come across this restaurant to grab dinner. Customer service was amazing and the food was fantastic! With what my husband and I have been experiencing with lack of customer service and food that we could just make at home at restaurants in our previous town, this restaurant exceeded our expectations entirely. It was refreshing and we felt very welcome. This is our new favorite restaurant and we will recommend it to anyone and everyone. Whenever we have company, it’ll be a priority to take them here to experience the wonderful food and environment. There wasn’t one thing we didn’t like about it. Just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service we received from Stephanie this evening. You guys were super busy, the restaurant was overloaded with dine-in, pickup and curbside customers and she was fantastic! I appreciate a server who does a great job, and she handled our table of 4 adults and 4 children plus other families throughout the dining area, with a perfect display of relaxed competence. Well done! To top it off, our meals came exactly how we each specified, not once did she write notes for our multiple and complicated individual orders. Very impressive, I have to admit!
