We discovered this great little gem last Friday evening, in an unexpected place, Amanda, Ohio. It is a MUST TRY! This new restaurant is about 10 minutes from Lancaster off Route 22. It has a trendy cool vibe with great food and a menu with something for everyone. And, the price is right! We ordered the Ahi Tuna won ton chips for an appetizer. They were tasty and fresh. We would order this again. My fellow diner ordered the Blackjack Burger. It was delicious with a generous amount of crunchy bacon and fried onion straws. The french fries were perfect, crunchy on the outside lovely on the inside. This is a great value for the price. I ordered the Chicken Milanese. The chicken cutlet was perfectly cooked. The breading was crunchy and tasty while the meat was tender and flavorful. It was just the right amount of breading! The pasta was perfectly prepared and the arugula/tomatoes were fresh. The dish was topped off with a delicious citrus sauce. It's served with a slice of ciabatta bread which I used to soak up that wonderful sauce. I ate every bite. Both of us would order those selections again. Considering that this is a new restaurant, the service was great. Overall, the service was great with friendly efficient staff. The owners are friendly and checked in with us, in spite of the place being packed! FYI the restroom was clean! This restaurant will not disappoint. Once the weather permits, they will open the patio. I highly recommend this restaurant! Kudos to O and G for a great...

I recently attended the soft opening of Tavern 22 Neighborhood Grill, and I was immediately impressed by the amazing atmosphere. The place has a super cool ambianceâmodern and stylish yet warm and welcoming. Itâs the kind of spot that works for a casual night out with friends or a more special occasion.
On top of the great vibe, the food did not disappoint. We started off with the Asian AHA Tuna Wontons, a chefâs specialty, and they were bursting with fresh flavors. The Spinach Artichoke Dip was another standoutârich, creamy, and perfect for sharing. We also sampled the Southwestern Egg Rolls, which had a nicely balanced kick, and for a bit of nostalgia, we tried the Bologna Sandwich. It was such a fun throwback that really took me back to childhood favorites.
Overall, the experience was fantastic. The staff seemed genuinely enthusiastic about what they were doing, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the evening. Iâm already looking forward to returning and trying more of their menu. If this soft opening was any indication, Tavern 22 Neighborhood Grill is poised to become a local favorite.
Thank you for reading (and âwatching,â if this is from a vlog or video)! I canât wait to go back and explore more of the menu. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a cool new hangout spot with...
Read moreBeen there twice. It's ok but nothing stands out. Overpriced for what you get but the food is decent. Everything just runs slow, especially getting bar drinks. Watched the server check multiple times while the bartender just flirted and talked with people at the bar. Finally got drinks after 10 minutes. Server first time we went was not good, server last time was great. Lot of tvs but no other decor so feels kinda like a warehouse. Honestly if it wasn't the only game in town, it probably...
