This place can't get any worse.
Time and time again I come to this location HOPING that something has changed about the service or the quality. And time and time again I find myself severely disappointed. The only reason why I find myself at this particular location is the fact that it is the closest location to my home. To even take the time to write this review is giving this location more of my time than what I should.
I came to this location on a relatively slow day, when I walked in there were only three table set. There was one large group of students from a high school there, but as I get sat at my table I can see they have already been fed. After waiting for over 10 minutes for a server to come take my order, I then have to go to the counter to see who in fact is my server. 2 approached my table and then began to have a disagreement/ discussion about who's table I was. After their brief discussion, the gentleman took my order and off he went. Now when I say he took my order, I mean my drink order, appetizer order, and main meal. Lo and behold the man comes back with my appetizer and then realizes he has yet to deliver my drinks. 37 minutes later my food arrives at the table. I ask to speak to a manager and one does show up, giving me a menagerie of excuses as to why the food wasn't there, gives me what I feel was a half-hearted apology. And nothing was really done.
I would like to say that this was an isolated incident, however this happens here every single time. I began to even walk into the restaurant in point out certain servers I do not want to be served by because of the lack of dedication and poor service I've gotten. There is absolutely nothing that makes me want to come back to this location or this restaurant.
If you're reading this review please avoid it at all cost.
If you are the owner of the company, please feel free to reach out to me because I would love to speak to you about how poorly managed, ran, and maintained this...
Read moreI don't even know I go here so often. I guess because I work a couple miles down the road and there's not many options. But here's how my experiences ALWAYS go:
-Call to make an order for pickup -Busy signal -Keep calling until I get a ringing tone, usually after the tenth time -Get put on hold for 5 minutes -Place order, says it'll take 15-20 minutes...sure no problem. I personally give them 30 minutes cause I've come here enough to know 20 minutes isn't enough time. -Once there, I'm usually standing around another 10-20 minutes before someone acknowledges my presence. This is largely caused by the fact that they have only one computer running everything to go. I noticed that they can't take payment and make phone orders at the same time. I dunno, maybe invest in another computer?
There's been several occasions that it takes more than 45 minutes to go from phone order to actually having the food in my possession.
This last time was ridiculous. My to go fries were soggier than a teenager's gym sock. I ordered a to go tea because I really like BDubs' sweet tea. But guess what they ran out of? Can't forget the ranch that was haphazardly placed inside my bag upside down with the lid completely off. I had plenty of time standing in the invisible zone to realize there were several occasions of customers trying to wave down a waiter/waitress and even heard a guy yell CAN I GET A REFILL so loud I thought he was about to start a sermon.
The one thing I will give this place is the staff was polite and not rude at all. I think they all seemed overwhelmed, or at least tired of being overwhelmed, so they just sorta missed people waving them down for service.
TL/DR: Whatever the case may be, this place needs a fire lit under them if they want to stay in business. Service is terrible, building feels dirty when you enter, and for the love of God ADD ANOTHER COMPUTER FOR...
Read moreI will never come here again! After 9 hours on the road, we decided to go into the only chain restaurant on this side of town. The waitress had no smile, which by itself, was ok. I’ve been there and the work is hard. We ordered a ice tea and a beer and she went to get it while we looked at the menu. It was loud, so when she came back, we asked if we could sit on the bar side because it was quieter. She took us around and we found a table. A minute later, she brought my beer with the check, so I tipped her $4. She took it without saying anything.
So, we sat there waiting for one of the two waitresses there to serve us. We sipped our drinks for 15 minutes watching her go around to the other 5 tables doing a great job of taking care of their needs. It was casual. After a few minutes of trying to make eye contact with her, it became very obvious she was not going to wait on us! She would look right past us as if we weren’t even there, meanwhile, taking care of everyone else. I’ve never seen anything like it. It was more than obvious!!!
At that point, we decided that for some reason, we were not going to be served. We could have demanded service, but I would never eat in a place where the staff isn’t happy with us for whatever reason!
We got up, found the manager and explained what happened. She asked who it was and we explained everything that had happened. She acted disappointed in her staff, apologized, but offered us no compensation or any kind.
We think, the first waitress was offended by us, in what way, I have no idea and talked to the second one. It’s the only thing we could think of. Should have asked for my $4 tip for our beer and tea!
Never saw...
