The food at Casa Jalisco is not your typical Texas Panhandle Tex-Mex. The flavors are very unique, the food is very fresh, and the prices are very comparable to other popularAmarillo Mexican food restaurants. Read moreWe were in town and a friend recommended this place saying they had great menudo. I have to say that, yes I really enjoyed the large bowl of menudo. Clean, fresh taste, lots of meat and homony. Can with the usual condiments Chopped onions, lime wedges, dried chile's, oregano and tortillas. Our server had our order out quickly, and the cooks made it look wonderful. I hope to come back soon and have the carne guisada the next time. Come by and try this place out guys, you won't regret it. Bring your family, friends and enjoy...
