Hope Village — Restaurant in Amarillo

I had a good chance to go out somewhere new to eat, and i've been curious about Hope Village for a bit now. I've heard nothing but good things about this new restaurant and I had to check it out for myself.

The interior was very neat upon walking in, actual furniture to sit in, clean tables, and the decent sized lobby to roam around in, even if its packed full of customers.

When I ordered, the server was patient and friendly with the four of us and got all of our orders down with no problem.

Just for the four of us to eat, it only rounded up to be about $26 for a decent amount of food, I was very pleased with the size of the breakfast burrito for only $7

Went to show support and try their dirt sodas that’s listed in their menu. Asked for them and was told they didn’t make them there. Pulled up the menu and the lady asked, is that our menu? Yes, it is. Ended up ordering 4 drinks, 2 were horrible. The matcha is white and not sweet at all. Had to come home to add the powder, vanilla and sugar. Tasted and looked like white iced milk. My daughter’s iced white mocha, tasted like black coffee and not sweet at all. Didn’t see not one person working there as advertised in the videos on TikTok. Not welcoming at all. This place is wonderful! The food is good. The service is top notch. The staff is happy to be here which in itself is a huge plus these days. The energy is great and the whole concept behind the community of people who are invested in this project is tremendous.
