The amount of care that goes into these recipes is incredible. I've had the privilege of knowing the owners for several years and the outstanding luck to be involved in tasting the iterations of improvement prior to the final product. The quality and taste really can't be suitably described , so I would say to anyone reading this - it's ABSOLUTELY worth a stop. If not for some of the best baked goods you've ever had, than for the outstanding people you'll be...

The best croissant you can buy in Texas. At least the 4 or 5 kinds , that I have tried. So good! I have been there several times. At first i felt the price is a bit high, but for what you get it's totally worth it. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. I think i will visit again...
