Subway — Restaurant in Amarillo

The lady that was serving me her name was angel, her mom should have named her the devil instead because she was a nightmare from hell. She was asked kindly to put lettuce on the sub and she only put like 3 leaves and when I asked her to put more she shouted loudly well you should have said extra lettuce and then literally proceeded to put on 3 more leaves of the lettuce. I then asked her to put extra onions and again she put on like 3 onions and I said to her this has got to be a joke right like you’ve only put 3 onions and again she shouted at me very loudly and stated these onions are not just for you we have other customers as well you know. At this point I didn’t even feel like eating the subway and wanted to leave as her demeanour became very aggressive and i felt unsafe. When it came to the sauces she kept shouting, asking me to say the names of the sauces louder. I would keep repeating myself louder than before and she kept shouting back at the top of her lungs saying say it louder. There was no one else in the shop and I have never feared for my life like this before. I took the subway as it was and chucked it away. The whole experience made me loose my appetite and I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. This horrid place don’t deserve...

Lassing through i was stopped at thjs loves overnight and saw first hand the quality service and the work that these employees put in to thjs very clean, very professional restaurant.et me first I splent 10 years fixing fixing equipment in 74 Subway restaurants. The stores in Loves are held to a double standard by Subway & Loves. They have to Generaks with white gloves doing inspections. Particularly, one young lady who worked alone overnight impressed me to the point if....well, yku can see how many reviews I write and I travel N-S, coast to coast for work. Nakita worked non-stop, all night, doing prep work in between customers and cleaning after that, constantly refreshing her PPE with every new task or customer. Working in the service industry im around people continuously. Stores, high dollar restaurants, fast food joints...if it has things that heat and cool or make ice or freees something I'm in that environment. Promote this young woman to manage her own store and be happy you did in six months. Ive had to go to these places all times of day or night. I ended up walking away due to the person I believe was Mrs. Dee. She came out grumbling about making a sandwich early. I asked for a meatball n she said we don't have any. I requested a turkey n bacon. She claimed to of put it in the oven, which I never asked n if she did, she put enough turkey for a kids meal, maybe. After I nicely said I didn't want my turkey toasted, I only said bacon. She became a slightly argumentative n said I did. That's wrong in so many ways, but I said, " You need to take a day off n check yourself n walked away." There is no excuse for this behavior at a restaurant or anywhere. I don't know who told her she can act this way. But, she needs to be removed, IMMEDIATELY! This is my second encounter with her, and it was just as unpleasant.
