Ordered 5 things to try alittle of everything since they’re new. It was $60. Kinda high for the quality but the portions were huge.

I ordered 2 quesadillas. $12 each The quesadilla’s have Munster cheese, the cheese was so burnt it was like a potato chip, a quesadilla is normally held together with cheese. Not the case here. Chicken on quesadilla taste like a slim Jim, kid or wife wouldn’t even take a 2nd bite. Again, portion was huge.

Nachos, can’t mess up nachos. Right? Huge portion of steak. More impressed with the quantity than the quality. Queso was really running. I did watch them microwave it for 8 minutes before putting it on the nachos. Maybe over cooked?

Steak burrito, overly big, messy, poorly wrapped. Nothing really impressive here. This was the only item that was actually 1/2 eaten. For $12 I would rather have chipotle.

Tamales had zero chicken, zero flavor. Purchased a 3 pack and took one bite. Ended up taking the others apart just to see if they had chicken in any of them. They didn’t. Kind of a disappointment here.

Rice and beans, plain rice with no flavor and beans tasted like canned refried beans.

I normally don’t do reviews. But this was such a let down. I was really excited to have something new. Pictures looked amazing. I lost a lot of my expectations when watching the food be prepared. I watched them microwave most of the food. Tamales were microwaved, queso cheese microwaved, refried beans microwaved, I know most restaurants use a microwave. But this is suppose...

10/10 this will probably be a weekly stop in for me!!! As a native Texan I’m always on the hunt for authentic taquerias. This one knocks it out of the park. I had the Barbacoa tacos platter. The beans and rice were exceptional, I could make a meal out of them, and the tacos were gone before I even thought to get a photo. I haven’t had a good tamale in a decade so I ordered a dozen of their pork tamales and took them home for dinner and lemme tell you.. DELICIOUS. Pair it with the red salsa and you got yourself a winning combination. I haven’t even mentioned the ice cream shop in the back. Horchata, popsicles, mangonada, and a BUNCH of flavors of scoop ice cream. I also saw a listing for Elote in a cup and I’m pretty sure they do Dori locos cause I saw bags of chips sitting around. I was like a kid in a candy shop, can’t wait...

We’re always on the lookout for good, authentic Mexican food and often the small “hole-in-the-wall” places are the best. We had high hopes. However, our experience was mixed. The food didn’t have a lot of flavor.

We had the grande burrito, barbacoa tacos, a carnitas taco, and a flour pollo quesadilla, along with chips and salsa. The quesadilla was more like a chicken taco. The burrito was huge, but was close to 90% rice and beans. Not a lot of the meat, veggies, and everything else that gives a burrito flavor.

I’m glad they provided some sauces with our order, because that provided some flavor. I liked the chipotle cream sauce and put it on the burrito.

The person who took our order was very friendly, which we...

Chicken nachos- HUGE serving, great flavor in chicken, tasty white cheese sauce. This could easily feed 2 people it was so much food. I would order it again. (I did order it with no tomatoes.) Salsa for it - I tried a teeny tiny bit of salsa and just about died it was so spicy. Husband said it was just alright and didn’t try it more than once. Barbacoa Grand Burrito- Husband said, “it was good; I’d eat it again.” They are just getting started in town and it’s nice to have more choices to eat. They told my husband they eventually will have an eat-in restaurant.
