Very disappointed with the quality of this bakeries product. The brownies were dry and unflavored. The pie had no form to it, making it soupy and incredibly hard to serve to guests. Out of everything ordered, the carrot cake and yellow cake (pictured) were good. The cost is expensive which is insulting due to the quality of the products I ordered. Although the cakes had a descent flavor, they were on the dry side. I’m not a resident of MA and I chose this bakery for their 4.9 rating. That was truly misleading. Got a "flight of cakes" today from Lemon Bakery today for my birthday! These cute "lunch box" cakes are extraordinary. The hummingbird cake (can't believe it was even on the menu, since few people even know what it is) is the best I've had (and I've had some). The raspberry icing on the made-to-order chocolate/raspberry cake tasted like I was eating fresh berries. I didn't know what to expect with the apple crisp cake - it was so delicious. Ordered a lemon cake with raspberry jam back in April for my mom''s birthday and I couldn't come up with something negative to say about it if I tried. Both the cake and the packaging it came in were beautiful. The cake was delicious and exactly what my mom wanted. Pickup was very easy and stress free. I have lived in Amherst on and off my whole life and have never found a better cake in the area or elsewhere for that matter.
