Hometown Pizza — Restaurant in Amory

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Hometown Pizza in Amory. They refused to honor a printed coupon that was apparently from earlier this year, even though the coupon did not have an expiration date on it. A little silly, and just bad business to lose a customer and gain a bad review for a less than $5 difference on a coupon. The employee (and apparently manager) with whom I spoke over the phone when I placed my order was not rude, but was apathetic towards their mistake and not helpful at bridging the gap in expectation. She argued with me over the phone about the coupon I was literally holding in my hand for 3 minutes. Then I finally offered to bring her the coupon and then place my order in the store, and she informed me that they wouldn't honor it anyway. Terrible experience. If Pizza is on your mind PLEASE stop by HOMETOWN PIZZA IN AMORY!!!!! OMG the food is amazing... I just love the HomeTown Favorite pizza, the Philly Steak Cheese Hoagie Combo, My nephews always want me to order them a Large Cheese Sticks they can add their own toppings which is perfect for them. But now my Brother-in-Law is a true wing lover, so the 7 different Sauces and choice of bone-in or boneless is perfect for his big appetite. Candace from Walgreens in Amory told me to try the Grilled Chicken Salad. So that's next on my list. We normally dine-in, the service is great, everyone has a smile on their face and will always greet you at the door. They also do deliveries in Amory, Hatley, Smithville, and Becker.... The ro-tel chicken spaghetti is outstanding even though it is not...

First time eating here took the family walked in sat down was asked if were ready to order when we said yes find out we have to order at counter okay fine we order 2 large pizzas the toppings were not there for sure we ordered one as a supreme and it def didn't have the toppings to even know it was what we ordered. next asked for water was told they had none, wasn't about to pay 2 bucks for a 20 oz. the staff was rude as ya know what. the only thing that was good was the crust.
