Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Anaconda

We called in 1 pizza while we got unpacking at our hotel while on a road trip. We were given a 45 minute wait for 1 pizza. We ordered anyways because it gave us a bit of time to explore the city. When we got there, it wasn’t ready. They said it’d be out in at least 20 minutes. Over 1 hour for a pizza? There were only 3 people working. 1 making pizza, one boxing it, and the other person taking personal calls on their cell phone. When we got it I opened it to check and it wasn’t made correctly, they said they could remake it if we wanted to wait another 20-30 minutes. Obviously not. We’ve been on the road all day and we’re tired and hungry and already had to wait over an hour for an incorrectly made pizza. No refund...

Friends and I ordered some pizza and wings at 7:30pm on a Friday. The tracker stayed in the prep stage for so long that we called to check on it at around 8:15 and were told that they were slammed but the order would be there in about 25 minutes. We checked in at about 9 and were told they weren't sure when the order would be ready. We finally gave up on waiting and went to the storefront at about 9:45 and our food was sitting under the heat lamp. Two of the pizzas were made incorrectly, all of them were soggy, and the boxes were discolored from how long they stayed under the heat lamp. 0/10 would not recommend unless you enjoy...

Two weeks ago I placed a carryout order for 5:30p.m. I payed and placed my order two hours in advance. At 5:45 only one of my two pizzas were ready and ten minutes later I was informed that my 2nd pizza hadn't even been made. Having an appointment at 6 I couldn't wait for any longer and requested a refund. There was no apology or attempt to fix their mistake, and two weeks later I still haven't heard anything. Unorganized, unprofessional, terrible business practices. Should get less...
