May Palace Chinese — Restaurant in Anaconda

Stopped by with a friend since it is one of the only few Chinese restaurants around. Our waitress was super friendly and patiently explained the menu to us as we got a bit confused with the dinner menu. Ordered the orange chicken sesame chicken and a noodle dish. Orange chicken was the best I've had in a long time. Sesame had good flavor. The noodle dish was another favorite. Had plenty for leftovers. The only thing that was a little different is the fried rice that comes with the dinner doesn't have any veggies or meat. Its just rice fried with I believe soy sauce or some other sauce but was still okay on the pallette. Definitely will be going back again. Horrible food. It was burnt! They brought it out super quick, so it was obviously not made fresh. Very expensive in lite of the quality and I've never seen fried rice like that. I ordered General Tso's, the sauce was fine, but the chicken was like little charcoal pods and I couldn't put my fork through most pieces. I think it was over reheated in a microwave! Had almond chicken no taste sauce was orange not the typical gravy didn't even look like there was any almonds. The fried rice was steamed rice with soy sauce no egg veggies. Was some of the worst food I have ever had. Will not go back and would not recommend it. Ok after 2 years I tried it again just to be more objective. The pan fry noodles were good. The general Tao chicken was over cooked. The chicken not the breading but the chicken was hard. The fried rice was the same as before. I will not go back ever again. No third strike for me.
