Went hiking at Loud Thunder with a friend on a hot summer day, and we wanted ice cream afterwards. This place was right on the way home and not far off, so we took a chance. I got the Chocolate Malt with marshmallows and it was one of the best malts I’ve ever had! The chocolate is very rich and creamy, not like the usual Hershey’s syrup chocolate malts you’re used to. A real hidden gem, they have delicious food and rich ice cream! Service is friendly and willing to help, and the atmosphere is fun and welcoming! Its a perfect spot to grab a meal after a hard day of kayaking or camping!! I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone! I've drove by Shivers & Shakes for a very love time and have never stopped. Well today I did and I regret not stopping before. We got 2 butterfinger shakes and they are probably the best we've had.
