First off my family and I were quoted a 30 minute delivery time which became 1.25 hours . Then when my husband's hoagie had toppings which he did not request we called to have them send us the correct hoagie since our receipt was right. The manager Josh told us the order was mixed up with another and it will be another hour or so before they can bring it. We explained to him that we already waited an hour and now we have to wait another one . Josh said "well I have several orders ahead of yours and you'll have to wait your turn or you could pick it up". This was the last time we will be a customer here. To top it off we paid $30 plus tip and this is how were were treated! If you are looking for a Mios Pizza which has excellent service do not order from the one in Mount Washington. I didn't complain or anything and I was very kind about it and they have me an $11.99 credit. They told me it would be added under my number for the next time. So I called this evening and ordered for delivery. I explained the credit and they said they would apply the credit. They called back and said I do not have a credit anymore. It was extremely disappointing. And the way she said "yeah..sorry" with an attitude was the deciding factor on me writing a review. Weve tried for about 4 -6 years to “give it another try” that maybe it was just an “off nite”. Food is rarely correct, no bbq in the bbq chicken pizza, no toppings in pizza or salads, chef spec is handfuls of meat and no cheese or veggies, no head of house or mgr to be found, servers not checking on meals after they are delivered. Years ago there used to be a mgr that would check the items before they would go out to the tables. No mgr in quality control checks would send half this food out to the dining room.
