Brothers Italian Cuisine — Restaurant in Anderson

I’m new in the area and on a quest for my new favorite Italian restaurant. I had read some reviews on some of the various places in the area and Brothers Italian Cuisine seemed like a good place to start. I went in for an early dinner and decided on the spaghetti and meatballs. It was superb with it offering some of the best flavored sauce that I have ever had. The meatballs were great and really the entire dish was prepared perfectly. The dinner came with a salad and bread and they were both fine also. Now this can just be me but my only suggestion would be the serving size should have been bigger. I look at pasta as being cheap so it’s the sauce and preparation that makes the difference and a big eater should leave stuffed with many people taking some home with you. To me that is the normal for Italian. I would definitely come here again for it did...

Those that say this is best pizza in town have most definitely only been eating at little Cesar's or domino's...the pizza is not the best in town ..and the one that said it's better the Chicago pizza must have been high or drunk ....to compare any southern pizza to NY or Chicago pizza is a joke ..its not the worst in town and definitely not the best but it is in the top 100...the dough is to floured .. the sauce is bland ...the cheese is a little lite ...it was prepared in under 10 mins on a night with mostly full tables ...in my many years of experience by using store bought products and just adding toppings ..for what I seen the kitchen is to small to make touch from scratch..... the reviews are probably from friends or from those that may not understand what true...

To start, this is real genuine Italian food! Hands down it is the best Italian in Anderson, possibly the upstate. My wife and I get take out atleast 3 times a month and dine in atleast every 2 months. And the service is so great, that after the first few times the owner starts to remember you and it feels like you’re eating with family. They come and talk to you and make sure you have everything you need and just make you feel at home. You couldn’t ask for better food and service.
