Great little spot to grab some amazing burritos. Warning bring your appetite, they ate huge! Their bowls and tacos looked great too. The music was authentic, which I appreciated, and the decor was funny and very artful as well. My favorite part was the giant selection of hot sauces they have for purchase, and a few for sampling. I don't just mean your grocery store hour sauces, I mean an entire wall of bottles of some of the best tasting, to insanely hot sauces. Staff was very friendly and easy to order through. Wish I could have given a 5 star, but only one thing did not pass my criticism. The basket of chips were cold and a little stale. I love tortilla chips, so for me this was a big let down, given the greatness of everything else this place has to offer. Still highly recommend giving this place a try. Later when I return if the chips are in order, it would be a full 5...
Read moreAnderson, CA, may not have many truly great places to get a delicious hot meal, but in my opinion this is the best eatery in town, especially for the prices and portion sizes. The restaurant and the restrooms are kept very clean, both inside and out. As an added bonus, if you're in a hurry, you can easily place an order through Doordash for pickup, and in most cases it will be ready to grab within 10 minutes or less, depending on their line inside. The food rivals Chipotle, with similar pricing, but the portion sizes are significantly larger than you'll get from the nearest Chipotle (in Redding). They really do make "Juan Mean Burrito", and they have indoor and outdoor seating available. Be warned: the burritos are HUGE, and I found that the burrito bowl is a much more easily manageable option. But trust me, you're going to need utensils to tackle this...
Read moreBurrito Bandito right next to work, how awesome is that? I could gain a lot of weight thanks to that... haha. :) It's in a great location right off of 273 and a couple blocks from the I-5 exits... the restaurant was very clean, of course, it's almost brand new! The staff greeted us, was very quick to throw together our burritos just like we wanted them, and we were ready to eat. The burritos? Awesomeness... I'll eat pretty much anything stuffed in a tortilla, but their burritos are amazing. Can easily share between two people though. :) If you plan on saving half and eating it tomorrow, I would recommend staying away from stuff you don't want to reheat - the sour cream for example, and avacado... just loses something after sitting in the fridge overnight, then getting nuked. Other...
