First to arrive and order meatball sandwich and wings 2 ways. Girl literally threw the wings on the table and the small container of dressing flew off the tray and exploded against a chair and hit the floor. I asked her if she was mad at us and she laughed saying no while walking away with the deconstructed dressing cup. We had to clean up her mess to keep our kids out of it. Meatball sandwich with fries gets delivered and my 1st bite almost broke a tooth. Pulled out the meatball and tapped it with the bottom of a glass, tink tink tink hard like a rock, didn't smash, didn't break apart, didn't give in any way, rock solid. Fries are not good at all. 6 adults didn't come close to eating the 2 orders of wings. Nothing good about them. 2 small pizzas for the 4 kids after their practice and they would not eat it. Asked if we want to go boxes and all 6 adults said NO in unison. Very kid friendly establishment and they serve beer thank goodness. Food and service are very poor. Long version: Assistance: It was our first time there, and it was fantastic. The young man working at the counter let us take our time looking at the menu, had a kind and receptive demeanor even though he was clearly melting back there from the heat of the ovens, even told us about the daily deal, which would have been fantastic if we were headed home afterwards. Balance: Quality Price Food was high quality and low price! Great deal! Cleanliness: The floors were shining and clean, the tables were clean, the serving platter was nice and clean, and the counters and drink dispensers were clean. Deliciousness: Incredible! The quality of the ingredients, the crust the sauce everything was fantastic, even the little prepackaged salads were delicious and fresh. I had high hopes for this place when I first heard about it. Unfortunately the first night going in and ordering a pizza, the manager acted very suspicious and was very unfriendly. I think the crew that works for a place is a good representation of the owner. One of the new employees poured a Glass of beer for his wife, realized his wallet was in the car, walked outside to grab his ATM came back in and paid for it with the manager taking the transaction. Later was called in by the owner, being accused of stealing the beer even though there was a receipt and the manager handled the transaction of the payment. She went on to further try to blackmail him and admitting that he stole the beer and then he was giving away free beer. I would be very careful going here. I do not recommend it.
