This is probably the worst service I have received in a while.. 12/24/21 I called at 6pm to place an order for an 8inch pepperoni feast, add ground beef and extra cheese..and an order of half baked bread sticks.. I still had not received my order at 7:40 I call and asked will I still be receiving my order. The young young man who answered the phone as very short and rude: no answering my question instead proceeds to yell out for a manager. The manger gets on the phone and tells me I will be getting my order after she confirmed the order I placed. When I finally got my order at 8:15, it was the wrong order. I was sent an 8 inch supreme pizza which I am allergic to mushrooms.. I realized they closed at 8 for Christmas but I call anyway. Someone picks up the phone and hangs up twice. After the third call some picks up and yells CLOSED! I called back and try to them them what happen and how I’d like the issue resolved once the holiday is over.. the young man hung up on me! It’s a shame how disrespectful the staff was and how they handled this situation. The driver was very polite which I tipped her $40. I really wanted to do something special for whoever delivered the pizza. See it’s not about the pizza. I really wanted to do something special for someone who I didn’t know who is out working hard at a time like this. As I was unable to leave my home at the time.. I was able to do that but now I want my order replaced or my $17 refunded. I am in disbelief at the level of professionalism I received. Maybe the staff needs to be retrained on how to speak when picking up the phone handling customers orders...
Read moreWent to Pizza King got a pizza and some breadsticks asked for extra extra extra sauce and emphasized it Then we got our pizza and it was dry as can be we made a comment asking for extra sauce in a cup to put on the pizza ourselves and they wanted to charge more. when you pay $40 for a pizza and breadsticks it better be to your liking by the time we got it home it was going on 830 and we had people to feed and not enough time to call and bring the pizza back (that’s why we got it to go) so the next day I call and talk to what she pronounced herself as the shift leader and told her my problem she made crude remarks of well extra extra extra sauce can mean anything shrugging it off Then I just said I wanted to let you know and give some feedback at this point and she said well we can’t do anything for you I’m busy so I’ll have to go now sorry thanks for calling and just hung up normally pizza king pizza is great but they sure don’t like to hear negative reviews and dont and help their customers May try Columbus...
Read moreKay G. at register (manager?) was VERY RUDE! Pizza King has a habit of putting all separate orders at the same table on one bill, making it take longer to separate the bills when paying. You could make it easier by billing each order separately. You could still put the same table # on each ticket. We had 4 orders (+1 to go). EVERY bill was wrong. She had to redo them several times and we still ended up paying double for some things. I paid for an order of garlic bread that was paid for on another ticket and my sister paid for my pizza, breadstix and diet coke that I also paid for. She paid cash and when trying to correct the bills, Kay said that nobody had paid cash. We had several witnesses. Finally, she said the only thing not paid for was my pizza, breadstix and diet coke. I showed her my receiot. She threw up her hands and made a snide remark and walked away. After we left, I realized I paid for gatlic bread I did not order or get.
