Aqua Systems/Salt Shop — Local services in Anderson

The salt shop on North 9 is the worst place to do business. I have had a water softener since 2012 give or take, and yes I missed some payments. The salt shop eventually took me to court for non-payment instead of calling me. I had told the lady that runs the one on 9 that I would pay ever time I had the extra money, she agreed! I never specified how much or how often I would make payments. Today (8/21/15) the sheriff and a rude man showed up at my house to pick up the softener, no phone calls no notes prior to this embarrassing unprofessional act. I just thought they (the salt shop) and (Teresa) went about it the wrong way. I wanted to add, that I even asked to switch to a cheaper water softener, which would of been to rent to buy, but again Teresa said I couldn't switch mine out and that I had to continue paying on a monthly water softener. I had an urgent situation regarding a tenant that moved out in 8/2024 of my nephew’s former residence in Anderson. The property sold and closing was today. The tenant was renting the unit and had also stopped paying when she moved out. I called and a Wonderful man named Lance dropped everything he was doing and came to my rescue. He was patient, kind, handsome and I am so grateful. It was a very stressful situation as the buyers thought the system came with the house and wouldn't back down. Apparently they considered calling the police because i asked them to vacate the driveway so Lance wouldn’t have to get it all the way out to the street. Please tell Lance I know whoever his wife is, found a keeper. My only issue with him is that he eats at wendys. I saw the bag in his passenger seat. Yuck! Have had excellent service for many many years at my home and at my place of employment. Prompt to respond and my salt arrives in a timely fashion the service person will fill my tank for me.
