Sweet Tooth Cafe — Restaurant in Anderson

I wis I could rate them ZERO STARS! I ordered 5 plates today which I have ordered there before…today however as I went to pay for my food I noticed the waiter adding excessive charges for 5 plates of scrambled eggs hash browns and bacon…not only did they charge me separately for the plates but added each item separately and when asked also notified me they were charging for the to go plates..I simply let her know I did not want the food because it’s ridiculously the charges they add..that’s theft..none of this is mentioned in their menu. So as I left another lady ran out to the car AGGRESSIVELY AND CERY UNPROFESSIONAL letting me know she had to throw away all of the food..I let her know my concern with the price and yet her only concern was the food they now had to throw away..shortly after a male ran outside yelling and screaming and pointing his finger upset at the fact that they now have to throw away food instead of addressing the ridiculous extra charges to my order..I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Very unprofessional and make sure you ask about your bill if you do decide...

We stopped here late tonight and I can honestly say that we had one of the, if not THE, best cheeseburgers we have ever eaten! They tasted fresh and hand pattied, if they were premade patties I'd be completely surprised. The fries were fresh and very well cooked. My son had grilled cheese and fries and loved it all. Then came the banana split boat, or more like a battle ship. This thing was humongous and messy as all get out! Shared it between all three of us and still couldn't finish it. Hey, this place is far from "fine dining" but for $22 and a tip, it may be the best place I've ever eaten! Oh, I failed to mention that the staff was super friendly and attentive, which seems to be unusual in this area of Anderson. Okay, now...

I have loved this place for I know going on 30 years my husband introduced me to this place when we got together God rest his soul now but I just went back the other day and they're just as nice just as friendly of course it's different because of covet they're not as many people in there because they're taking it to go but hey y'all need to take it to go because it's wonderful and they always have a grid on their face they always are so friendly y'all keep up the good work because for the years that I've known you you have not changed one bit and I believe you give your special recipe handed it down to whoever is cooking now because they're just as good thank you for your good...
