We decided to try Abode on a Friday afternoon (1:30-2:00) thinking it would be less crowded. First, it is a smaller place so that needs to be taken into consideration. The bar stools at the tables aren’t very comfortable as they are a bit smaller and I’m not a big person. The table we chose was one of two available and it was a bit messy but we figured the waitress would wipe it clean once she got to us. It didn’t happen but the rest was a really good experience. FOOD: The food was very delicious! We had the chips and salsa for an appetizer and enjoyed it. The three different salsas each had their own positive trait and we mixed em up a bit. My wife got the prosciutto melon salad and loved it. I got the special Rodeo burger and it was fabulous! SERVICE: Even at 2 PM, the place was still busy so one server for everyone was a bit too much. She was friendly and managed to do decent but she could have used some help. ATMOSPHERE: it’s a rather small but nice and quaint place that’s easy to enjoy. They’ve really fixed the place up. Great dining experience! All in all, we rather enjoyed the meal and time spent there. Average pricing that you would see anywhere else. Thanks Abode!

I love that Andover has it's own unique, locally owned coffee shop now! I have been here before, but recently I tried their food for the first time. The avocado, tomato, and egg panini was delicious! My kids shared a waffle and enjoyed it very much. The staff was kind enough to provide us with a second basket so each kid had their own "plate" and two cups of syrup, one for each kid. I love the games and books. My kiddos and I played a game of Sorry together after finishing our breakfast before heading off to school. I enjoyed the drip coffee, though I can't remember at the moment which one I got. It was the lighter of the four different roasts that they offered. There is construction going on in the back at the moment. I hope that is to make an even bigger patio out back. The last time my family visited, in warmer weather, we very much enjoyed the outdoor patio atmosphere and are eager to enjoy some coffee and breakfast there again. I also love the local crafts offered for sale there. This is a fun and unique coffee and breakfast place. I think Andover is lucky to have this place and I look forward to going back!

We went on a Sunday at about 1:30 pm. It was very busy with people outside, and in the cafe. We did not look at the bar side, but I bet it was packed. The atmosphere was so warm and inviting. It was decorated very well and was very well kept and clean. The staff were very friendly and nice to talk with. We got a menu from the wall by the entrance and ordered a cinnamon roll, coffees, a breakfast club and the jaguar jack. The breakfast club was much more sweet than I expected. I would have liked more salt. My husband said the jaguar jack was not spicey like the descriptions suggested and could use more of a kick. The coffees were not very impressive and they were so hot that we both burned our mouths, so don't make our mistake, let it cool down first. 😂. The cinnamon roll was very soft and had cream cheese icing, but I felt it coated my mouth with a weird film. Overall it was alright food-wise, the staff were great, and the atmosphere was fantastic.

Well, you would figure that a place that looks this nice inside and out would have fresh food. Now, I'm sure the food I ate today was made at some point today before opening at 7am however, it was far from fresh and hot when it got to our table. We are from Texas and maybe we just do things a little differently like not drown a glass of orange juice in ice cubes. My wife and I ordered The Breakfast for two which was described as a "charcuterie board' breakfast. Gag me with a spoon. this was far from anything that resemble the afore mentioned description. the potatoes were cold and lacking any kind of brown marks that would actually constitute hash browns. Eggs were okay and cold. The waffle was the best part as I think that was the only fresh thing on our "board". We had to ask for plates too which was a nice touch. overall the flavor of the food was okay but, orange juice icebergs and overall cold food made at or before 7am and then warmed to Luke was less than impressive.also the "charcuterie board" was no bigger than my hand and all this food was just kind of haphazardly placed on top of itself. COLD.there was wayyyyyy more potatoes than anything else on the plate. Just overall kind of...
