Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Andover

We waited an hour for our pizza and my wife called to see what was going on with it. The rude employee couldnt find the order, had an attitude, and refused to refund the order after well over an hour and a half. We had to go in store. Not pleasant. When I identified who was so disrespectful I asked she not speak to me and get her manager. I was willing and rightfully about to call the cops its blatant theft. The manager came out I spoke clear and directly and provided her with the details for the refund. It was processed 45 seconds after speaking with the manager. Management did well here to put out a fire and thats the only reason you get 5 stars. Ive worked customer service my whole life. I get it. I normally go to Papa Johns but was really craving stuffed crust. They over charged me. I ordered online and I go to pick it up and he rings me up and gives me a receipt and then starts acting like the computer messed up and gives me another ticket to sign for $5. I didn't think much of it until I got home and checked the receipt in my email and realize that additional $5 wasn't part of my order. I call and they tell me they're ticket has the increased amount so basically I'm out of luck. It's shady to be honest, and I feel like someone pocketed the extra. You'd think they'd have better service considering there's like 5 other pizza places in town. Lesson learned, go...

Pizza crust was not what was ordered, toppings were barely there, had trouble finding the cheese. When I called to talk to the manager, she kept contradicting what I said. Finally after four rounds agreed to put down what I said. I had to urge her to make it right, didn't even try to offer at first. Then was only going to be for their store. Got very unhappy when I told her I wasn't coming back to their store. Said she was glad and slammed down the phone.

Later spoke with a friend who told me she's has a lot of trouble with this location. She now goes to Rock Rd location instead. They actually...
