I had called and made a pick up order. I went to pick up the order and by the time I got home I realized there was a whole sandwich missing. That was my husbands dinner. I called Burger Basket back to let them know that I was missing a sandwich. I could hear the lady in the back ground confirming the sandwich I was missing then she swore she put it in my bag. When the lady on the phone asked her if maybe she placed it in a different bag I hear the woman respond with "NO I did not. I know what I did with it!". The lady comes back to the phone and said they will have it fixed by the time I got back. I had to leave my dinner getting cold and not to mention it just started pouring rain. When I got back to Burger Basket I walked through the doors and before I could say anything the Woman slammed my sandwich on the counter and before I could say thank you, because I am polite, the woman walked away. How rude! If anyone has the right to be upset it should be me. But that's not all. I got home to find out the sandwich wasn't even made right. It was fried when it should have been grilled. I fully believe the woman did that on purpose. My husband doesn't eat fried so he eventually had to find something else. I just think the world should know that this place really treats their customers with disrespect. Especially when it's their mess up and you call them out on it. I will NEVER give this place another dime...

The interior is too small, and crowded inside, and worst of all, youâre subjected to loud, incessant Fox News at most times. If youâre not of that political leaning, itâs awful, but even if you are, why have that on in a place youâre trying to be inviting and enjoyable for folks? Itâs angry and unpleasant content no matter who you vote for.
They also nickel and dime you a bit, charging extra for take out boxes and sauces, with signs all over handwritten on poster board with various rules etc.
The food is almost always tasty, but the environment leaves something to be desired.
There arenât many options in Andrews for quick food, and if youâre in the mood for burger and fries youâll probably be happy, but Iâd recommend...

I donât say this lightly: The Burger Basket served me one of the best burgers Iâve had in my entire life. Everything about it was perfectâfrom the juicy, flavorful patty to the buttery, toasted bun that held it all together like a dream. Every topping added something special without overpowering the whole. It was burger perfection, plain and simple. Honestly, they should have a Michelin star.
And then thereâs the fried okra. Let me be clearâI donât usually like okra. But this okra? Golden, crispy, and downright addictive. I ended up eating the whole basket and wishing Iâd ordered more. Somehow theyâve made a skeptic into a believer.
Do yourself a favor and make the trip. Whether youâre a burger lover, a fried-food aficionado, or just hungry for something special, The Burger Basket delivers...
