Good food and nice staff, hospitable and helpful for disabled customers, but no music, very slow service, understaffed and half of the available staff on the floor didn't understand English , I ordered the lunch special which was supposed to come with soup and crab Rangoons which did not come so when I asked one of the staff about them he ordered them for me right then and there but ordered me the large version of the side orders that I already ordered. I ordered in restaurants for take out and the staff were fantastic. Bright , cheering, helpful and very attentive. They suggested the dish I prefer and I was no disappointed.
