Hello everyone! My boss and I ate here once and it was very good. I was surprised how good the buffet tasted and plenty of variety. A few weeks later I decided to treat my employees and take them out to eat lunch at La Hacienda and it was a let down! The food tasted watered down and they wouldn't replenish any of the food trays. Then I found out that they put up any food that is not eaten in the fridge and then serve it again the next day. I know for a fact that sometime back the owner had a sign stating not to over serve yourself and waste food which I agree but I don't believe a restaurant should serve days old food to customers. There's a huge chance that people can get sick. It's just my opinion. I hope they go back to doing the right things because it's a nice comfortable restaurant and it would be ashame to give it a bad name. I will go back again to see if it improves. I believe in...

When I first arrived some of the food looked "old" but it didn't take long for the staff to let the kitchen know and they promptly brought out fresh food. My family has come here for many years.
