Taco Bell — Restaurant in Anna

Stopped by this Taco Bell due to it's proximity (right off the expressway) and my wife wanted to try the Cheez-It® Tostada.

It's located with a gas station and is still the old-style Taco Bell decor. It's also kinda small, but I'm sure a fair amount of their orders are to go.

It was about 12:45 when we arrived and the dining room had yet to recover from the lunch rush. A few dirty tables, trash needed emptying, and the drink station could have used some attention.

I hate...no, I DESPISE Taco Bell's push to ordering on a kiosk. There's something to be said for human interaction. Also, it's kinda difficult to customize a food item on the kiosk (or the app, for that matter.)

Apparently the focus after we ordered our food was on drive-thru orders because it took well over 10 minutes for our food to get done when there was a pretty steady stream of orders heading to the drive-thru. Orders subsequent to our for those eating in were getting delivered muchly faster than hours.

The food was good. The Cheez-It® Tostada was a...um...unique food item. I tried it, but not compelled to go back again. maybe for the crunch wrap version.

The food quality wasn't bad, the service (there was none because we ordered on the kiosk) didn't even exist, and the restaurant needed some work. Don't know if I'd be compelled to stop at this location if I'm ever in...

was taco Bell was very friendly, I believe the waitress must be known as she was carrying on a friendly conversation with the local people and even people who just came in. People like that or a treasure and bring business to a place that needs a little personal touch just partners with speedway and I appreciate that I was just going to pick up something and I found they were open and got a good Bell grande tacos which is something I like to get at taco Bell the place was very well kept and clean and I believe that is likely due to the dedication of the employee that I saw working there and who greeted me with friendlyness and the bell grande was ready almost instantly which was really pleasing apparently everybody was dedicated. This is about 10:30 in the morning and was a very pleasant experience mostly due to the staff and of course, the friendliness...

I went here over the Sidney one because they're usually better about getting orders right especially with special instructions. My stuff is more difficult because I cannot eat meat and Taco Bell is one of the few fast food places I can still eat.

I thought I had said the screen didnt look right and they assured me they fixed it. I didnt get my two potato tacos and my combo had beef. I was just gonna chalk it up to having a bad day and a stutter because of that. I just wanted something I could eat because again, I was having a bad day.

The lady that helped me was very nice and I feel bad about rating this low for one reason. I heard someone complaining in the back about having to redo my combo. Saying that "I should know how to order". He complained the entire time.

I dont think I'm coming back to this location. And I should probably stick to...
