Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Anniston

I was working there for months mind you I was a great worker .. I came in and did what I had to do everyday … I even came in on my off days but they fired me because a altercation broke out between me and two other coworkers and I get fired but they don’t . One of the things some of the crew members did was scan customers receipts to earn points on jacks app. The manager left the store to buy two minors black and miles . Also two of the managers there vapes inside the facility (Brittney and Jamal). They didn’t even tell me I was fired .. they sent me home the day I got written up and never communicated with me about anything. Malissa (the general manager) made a crew member sell a chicken fillet to a customer even thought it feel on the ground. There was a fly in the chicken batter. They treat their crew members horribly . Brittney( the hiring manager) is a horrible manager .. she’s supposed to “lead by example” but she ain’t nothing but a liar. She made me stay at work even though I was sick and sneezing and coughing mind you … I was making customer’s burgers. Brittney also uses people .. she used to make this crew member which was a minor cash app her hundreds of dollars. Jacks in golden springs is a good store it’s just the people there that makes the store a horrible place. Everytime the district and regional managers would come around they would always act like they do what they supposed to do but really they don’t do what they supposed to do. Not to mention there was a eyelash found in the ice cream. People would come through the drive thru and order there fries fresh .. they wouldn’t cook the fries fresh they would just through the fries back in the grease...

The drive thru at every Jack's I've ever been to is always incredibly fast. You can pull up to a full line of people at their drive thru during their morning rush and they'll have the line down in no time. The biscuits and gravy here are my favorite and they have the best breakfast sandwiches on the market. Their shakes are good as well, I always recommend the Smoky Mountain Fudge or the strawberry shakes. Their biscuits are buttery and delicious. Their eggs & grits can be pretty bland so I usually don't order those. The burgers can be extra greasy at times but they make up for it with their fries. I like to get their fries with a little extra cheese salt and a side of ranch to dip. Their ranch dressing is the best. Try a chicken biscuit with strawberry jelly, or if you are a fan of their steak biscuits, try it with eggs and cheese, thank me later.

This morning I was at the Jack's in Goldensprings drive thru getting my breakfast to eat on my way to work in GA. I paid for meal recieved bag and beverage and left. Once i got to the welcome center on the AL/GA state line I stopped to eat my breakfast. I opened the bag and the food container only to discover that I did not receive what I paid for. So when I got back home today I called that store. I spoke with Brittney about what had happened. She was extremely courteous and polite. She listened to my complaint, and then advised me on how she would handle the matter. She went above and beyond to take care of and satisfy me as a customer. Of all the Jack's in Calhoun County this store is the best of all them in reference to cleanliness, food quality, employee attitutudes and service and speed of service. I would recommend this resteraunt location to anyone...
