Pizza Guys — Restaurant in Antioch

They never have halal pepperoni, but they have it on the menu. I tried to order it 3 separate times, and every time they call me after I order it online and try to bait and switch the toppings. Finally on the last call I spoke to a girl and after I said the owner can call me back before I post a review and contact corporate, she told me that Corporate already said that they didn't have to sell halal pepperoni. She said it proudly like she wanted to stick it to me and when I didn't react, she was so flustered that she asked me what my name was and phone number so the owner could call me back. I said, you have both, you just called me and you have my order.

Had the food the first time, I let them switch toppings on good faith but when the same thing happened the other two times I didn't order anything. Pizza is ok, dominos pizza quality, anything with white garlic sauce is disgusting, wings are super tiny and just ok.

After spending a minimum of $120.00 per month at this place I am no longer a customer! After I got home and realized that my order was wrong. I called and talked “Fahad” who tried to blame my order?! Then had the nerve to tell me how he helped me!? While calling me “bruh” while I’m old enough to be his father! I asked who the manger was and he refused to answer! Again we’ve been spending a MINIMUM of $120.00 per month eat this place! “Fahad” kept blaming my order until I told him YOU PUT THE WRONG TOPPINGS ON THE WRONG PIZZA! How is that because “the order”!? When I asked for refund he wanted me to come back down there after waiting 45 minutes for my order! No respect for my time or money! Needless to say they’ve lost a REPEAT customer and I will be calling corporate and filing...

So this is supposed to be a specialty vegetarian with pepperoni added... this looks like a pepperoni with a few veggies and also missing tomatoes. This isn't the bad part. When I called and talked to the manager, he took no responsibility... no offer of a discount on the future, blamed it on the new guys, gave a lame excuse. It gets worse. The next day I call and speak to the owner. I tell him what happened and he insults me by telling me to call when the manager gets in... the same guy. Well you know what they say... the garbage don't fall far...
