Extremely unprofessional just spoke on the phone with an associate at this location and it was extremely inconvenient to have placed an order online and no where did it state online that I couldnāt pay with cash or have to place an order prior to 10:30pm. My order was placed at 10:35ā¦ā¦ & at 10:45 was when i received a call in regards to them needing card payment prior to delivering my food and I was confused because i was allowed to place my order with my form of payment being cash and upon reading online there is no fine print where it states or backs up anything they reiterated to me via phone⦠honestly I think they were being lazy! Extremely unpleasant! why do you work at Pizza Hut if your mad that you work at Pizza Hut LOL make it make sense you chose this career path so maybe you should think long and hard about your career choice and do something you love because this customer service profession doesnāt suit you AT ALL! a good job for you would be to pick up trash so thereās no interaction with any human beings and they donāt need to be graced by the unprofessional, unpleasant, rude energy and atmosphere you wreak from having a conversation with over the phone maybe go to school and do something better in life this is a sad excuse of a life working in the ghetto...

I got a call stating that my order was so called " over an order limit" and that I had to pay up front for them to make my order. I informed that employee I have cash and can pay in store and that I was headed to pick up my order now. Tasha claimed for their store they have made up a rule that is not listed on their company website, store front, or anywhere that a customer would be aware of a rule. The point of ordering ahead is to have your door done when you arrive. Not to arrive than wait for your food to be done. It would make better sense if I placed my order in store in the first place.
Tasha was still super rude, proceeded to hang up in my face not once, not twice, but 3 times. I requested all info to report this made up rule to local branch manager and customer relations.
If this rule was listed somewhere I would have ordered else where or like I stated drove to store if I felt like it.
It's not a customers fault that you guys are located in Antioch and have had people not pick up orders. That has nothing to do with customers that are showing up.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just sat on hold to order for pick up and as I was on hold their auto recording said to ask about these "great deals" one being 2 large pizzas with 2 toppings and bread sticks for $19.99 another one being the 8 piece "cookie pizza" for $4.99...... when the woman finally picked up my call I asked about the deals I just hard about while on hold.... she was extremely rude and said they are not offering that deal and didn't know what I was talking about unless I had a coupon. I tried explining I heard these deals from the recording that played as I was on hold she cut me off and would not honor what their very own recording was offering....... she claims she was the manager and her name was yasmine..... "with a Y". Needless to say I took my business...
