One More Scoop — Restaurant in Apopka

After my daughter had her tooth removed, she was craving some ice cream so we decided to come and visit this place to soothe her mouth pain with a delicious treat. She was so excited to enjoy her ice cream. I ordered her a single scoop of vanilla, I paid and tipped! We sat down and when my daughter went in for a bite of her ice cream she dropped it on the floor under the table. I immediately got up and cleaned the mess and told the associate that she had dropped it and if I could please have another scoop but in a kids size to go. After cleaning off my table throwing trash away and pushing the chairs in, as I’m walking out she says “um you have to pay” I replied with “pay for what”?? She said the scoop, I stated that my daughter dropped her first one and I asked for a smaller size to replace hers. She said that’s not on them that she dropped her ice cream and that I would still need to pay!! Very disrespectful!!! I told her never mind I don’t want it and left it on the counter and walked out. I won’t be returning here, that policy makes no sense whatsoever!! Any other place if you drop something they gladly remake your order without an extra charge!! I won’t be recommending this place to anyone! My daughter is sad that she didn’t get to enjoy your ice cream!! One of my favorite ice cream flavors is superman. I grew up getting it at my local gas station. I haven't had superman flavored ice cream in a while. It has been over 10 years and I have been craving it for months now. I decided to look up ice cream shops that had this specific flavor. So great to find an ice cream spot in Ocoee, with a variety of flavors. While normally you'd come here for the ice cream, which my kids raved about, I was there for the coffee. OMG, soooo good!!! I ordered the vanilla latte with 2 warm quesitos (cream cheese filled pastries). I tell you, it left me wanting more!!
