China Taste — Restaurant in Florida

I called and place a order over the phone when I got to China taste location. I still had to wait about 20 minutes for my food I gave the cashier my debit card she then slid my card on the table instead of handing me my card. I finally received my food within the 20 minutes of waiting. I check my food before I left and my order was wrong. I explain that I asked for honey chicken wings. The cashier looked at me as I was crazy and said what do you mean I explained that you have my order incorrect I asked for honey chicken wings. This order is fried wings you got my order incorrect. Long story short the customer service is horrible at this place. To fix the order she told me that it was a additional price instead I told her to just give me my money back instead because I didn't like how rude she was about it the cashier looked at me as I was in the wrong and called me stupid!!! Thinking I didn't understand her I definitely was not trying to get out of character...

Let's start with the positive....The food was fresh and tasty even though it took a long time to get it. As for customer service, It sucks big time. The lady needs to learn how to speak to her customers with appreciation for even patronizing this establishment. I understand it's a family run business and they do everything themselves and dont want to hire help, but that doesn't have anything to do with your customers. Please don't put that energy into patrons who continuously support and keep you in business. When you ask for extra condiments (2) even though you waited an unusual amount of time for your food, she gets highly upset. These are just some of the things I saw today, first time visiting from out of town. Please work on your attitude towards your customers and maybe you can have a #1 spot for...

The lady who takes the orders the owner I’m not sure who she is so mean if you ask her to redo something or if you’re trying to ask her a question she gives so much attitude for no reason. I truly love the food and that’s why I keep coming back, but her attitude makes me feel very uncomfortable. I’ve been eating here for years and they always used to make the food once you got there so this time I ordered fries and chicken and when I got my plate, my fries were cold and she said I made them when you made the order so I asked her to redo them for me all she did was put them in the microwave and gave them back. My feelings are so hurt but I didn’t want to argue with her because she’s very argumentative so I took my plate and I left didn’t even enjoy my food....
