Sno Zone is a Family owned biz, started by a three generation Appleton/Freedom family! Two teenage girls and their Mother started this as a college fund in 2012’ish and grew this shaved Hawaiian ice biz with blood sweat & those tuff extremely early summer morning for years at the Appleton farmers market. ❤️❤️❤️😊 The commitment for those 4 am mornings is out of necessity and love of Appleton & the home grown establishment to support community and Appleton farmers market. 🐄 🌽 🥛 🧀

I almost walked into here for my 1st time tonight, but then I saw the "No Masks" sign, but then decided no way in heck am I going in there. We are under a national emergency, and there is an order issued. Masks are required in all businesses, due to the national emergency of COVID-19. This business doesn't care about the safety of their customers or employees, or even care to follow the law. They weren't enforcing social distancing guidelines, with like 20 customers in their tiny location. Snow cones are a tasty thing, but not when the owner doesn't care about the health & wellbeing of their customers or employees. Masks are a requirement now, and the main way people are going to survive this national emergency.

Absolutely a must visit! The Owner is very personable and all about her customers satisfaction! This is a true Hidden Gem of an Ice Cream and Authentic Shaved Ice Drink (aka slushie, or slurpie) Shoppe. It has an almost perfect Mid-Summers Day Dining Area that seems almost clinically clean and fresh! And the small staff is well versed in products, very friendly, and figuratively speaking are like the 🍒 on Top to make for an awesome experience to this truly amazing Lil Shoppe.
