Never again! We have never been so embarrassed! The waitress was terrible! At first we were the only people there. People who came in after us got their food before us. Messed up my grandsons order gave double fries. So we ended up eating his fries and an appetizer while still waiting. By the time our pizza (half price night) came out we couldn't eat alot of the pizza. Also brought moldy parm cheese, garlic with no shaker top and so hard couldn't get any out. Asked for a different one and brought onion instead of garlic. When done the waitress came over and in front of customers told us she was going to have to charge full price for the pizza because we didn't eat enough of it which trying to keep down the embarrassment we said no problem and then didn't want to give us a regular size box to take the rest home brought small little boxes and told us to stack it. She said they couldn't afford to be giving boxes out! Then comes back with the bill (which she gave us three copies) and was telling us in front of everyone that she charged us full price for the one tray. No problem, just wanted out of their as we were being stared at like we did something wrong. Then comes back and shows me the Fourth bill which was more because she forgot to add something. I told her whatever just take my card and pay it! Needless to say we were humiliated and she got NO tip!! Never going back!!!!!! I was in the restaurant on Thursday night. All of the tables had menus on them that said dinner specials for 7.99 We both ordered from that menu. The waitress then brought somebody over to tell us that those specials were no longer being honored, proceeded to remove them from all the tables and told us we needed to order something else . We ordered a hamburger, and one order of wings. The hamburger was absolutely terrible! Even the chips were the crumbs from the bottom of the bag. My wings were not totally cooked. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t the best. Food was brought out one meal at a time leaving some parties just sitting for minutes with nothing. On top of that after waiting quite a long time for our food, when delivered it was ice cold. Orders were wrong for more than one party and after all the hot food was delivered cold and we were basically ready to leave, a salad was brought out that at that point we assumed just wasn’t remembered.
