IHOP — Restaurant in Ardmore

After waiting 45 minutes and watching tables seated after us recieve their food our waitress informed us that our was turned in after after the other tables that after the next order came out our would be out and we watched them serve food to the other 3 tables that had came in after us finally our food came out n the kids chicken strips were over cooked the strawberry crème creeped had one strawberry cut up into 6 pieces n scattered on top the crepe was dry the Heinz sauce bottle had been filled with a1 sauce the tomatoes on the turkey sandwhich were green and tasted funny and then she brought me a ticket n told me that she would cash me out at the register when we were ready to go. Went up to the register n our waitress Megan took my receipt n $60.00 cash n says do you want the 4.67 change? I told her yes n she said hold on I will have to go get it n walk over to the other waitress Aleene n started talking I walked over and told her u can just keep it but what was her name n she said Megan real rude n hateful then I ask the waitress what her name was n she said Aleene I just walked out that was the worst service I have ever recieved in any restaurant ever in my life to spend $60 n be treated so poorly I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone because no one should be treated like...

We arrived Sunday just before noon. Our party of 7 ended up walking out an hour later without waiting for our order. We were greeted by a nice hostess, but had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated even though the restaurant was largely empty. We ordered drinks and our waitress brought them out cradling them against her bosom. She said they didn't have any trays. I would have rather gotten 2 drinks at a time. As she was taking our order, another larger party was being seated nearby. 45 minutes later, the other group received their orders, but not us. We had a good 5-10 minute headstart on them so I don't even know how that was possible. All we ordered was basic breakfast food and a salad. When we saw that they got their food first, we were extremely upset so we got up to pay for our drinks and leave. As we were trying to pay, our food was being brought out. But it had been an hour, which was unacceptable so we opted to still leave. Our waitress seemed understanding and comped our 4 drinks and 3 waters. I have never in my life felt so frustrated at waiting at a restaurant that I opted to leave. I'm usually patient, but today felt different. Maybe it was because we weren't being given updates...I don't know. But it felt right. We ended up going across the street to much...

This was by far the worst IHOP I've ever been to. The girl who finally "greeted" us at the door obviously hated her job..if not her entire life. There was a little old man waiting on the bench for a to go order which he said he had placed way before we got there. We spoke to him while we were waiting then we sat at the first table so he was still right there. Ten minutes later a waitress came by and he said "if they haven't got my sandwich order ready then just cancel it". She went to the back to ask about it. An older lady, who I assume was the manager because she was the only one not in a uniform, came out there and was rude to the gentleman. She huffed off to the kitchen. Some patrons who had already ordered, been served and were finished eating were on their way out and I heard the man say to the gentleman "oh my goodness! They haven't got your order yet?" So he was obviously there before them!! They finally brought him out something and said "here it's a kids sandwich. He was trying to look at what was in the Styrofoam box. He said "I didn't want a Kids sandwich"..the older lady rolled her eyes and walked away. He just took his food and left. This place was the most disrespectful place ever. I will never go back and I hope that poor little old man...
