Joe’s Coffee is an excellent place to stop for a cup of coffee—or Joe, in this case (no pun intended, ha ha!). One of the things I loved most was how they had clear signs on the street for coffee. We had been looking diligently for a spot and couldn’t find anything until their signs caught our attention. Thank you for making it easy to spot your cafĆ©!

Beyond that, the experience was fantastic. The coffee was absolutely delicious, and the server was not only polite and kind but also incredibly engaging. She truly made us feel welcome, and honestly, she deserves a raise! We came around 11:30 & she was working in the drive thru.

If you’re ever in Maple Falls, this is a must-stop for great coffee, good food, and even better service....

I was going to rate this place 5/5 just for being in such a quaint location! However the service was disappointing. This shouldn’t deter you from coming here but if they mishear your order or get a detail wrong they will blame you instead of doing what’s right. I had received a hot matcha latte after 20 minutes of waiting when I had asked for an iced matcha latte. Instead of remaking it, they poured the hot one into a cup of ice. I was essentially left with a lukewarm in between of the two with melted ice.

Not a huge deal but not worth providing 5 starts for service. There’s always a chance for miscommunication in doing business with customers and best policy is not to blame the customer especially if what I’m asking for requires...

Good coffee prepared well, but a ridiculously long wait for a simple food order. The menu does warn of a 15min wait for a pannini but my single sandwich showed up 38 minutes after I ordered. So the coffees had already been drunk, and I was marooned there with 4 other people clustered at the door hoping to see our orders appear. No apology or explanation from the unsmiling servers who couldn’t even make eye contact when mumbling at customers while taking orders. Its the only coffee spot in this tiny town so I guess they don't feel they need to be pleasant. I recommend ordering drinks but forget their food. Ideally get food and drinks in Deming and drive past Joe's. Poor service...

Loved this coffee shop as a last stop into the mountains. šŸ”ļø The coffee is about the same price as Starbucks, not the cheapest but considering the location and quality it is worth it 100%. The bagels were $4 each, but toasted perfectly and came with two sides of cream cheese EACH. They definitely are not stingy with the little things, which matters to me. The staff were super friendly and are a great connection before or after a long day in the mountains. Not to mention there are several little gas stations, visitor center, gift shop & dispensary all on the same block - everything you need all in one… LOL! Thank you for the wonderful experience all the way from FLORIDA šŸ„°šŸ„Æā˜•ļø
